Per's comments: Clear deep amber, rich creamy head. Evident aroma of orange marmelade and marzipan. Sweet and fruity. The honey is evident, and the mouthfeel is certainly champagnelike. Still young and spritzy. The alcohol is well integrated and the whisky subtle. It remians fresh and never cloying - soft gentle and elegant. Moreish despite 13%. A really unique and likeable beer that will probably gain from years of aging.
