Per's comments: Cloudy reddish brown, almost no head. Highly acidic lambic-like barnyardy nose. Sourish with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Lovely and upfront flavour of oak and acidic barnyard. Perhaps not with the same levels of complexity as the best lambics, but still a mindblowingly fantastic sour ale. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
