| Per's comments: Cloudy straw colour, creamy head. The aroma holds a lovely mix of buttery yeast, grassy hops and bready malt. Fairly sweet with medium body and soft cream mouthfeel. The careful grassy hops does not stir up the cottony custard malt too much. Mild hay-like bitterness. A thoroughly pleasant zwickelbier! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
