| Per's comments: Cloudy straw colour, airy head. Orangey nose. Sweet and fruity, medium bodied. Despite subdued carbonation it feels alive and fresh. Moer fruity sweet apricot jam and citrus than in the Niederrhein originals, so it’s not entirely a copy of kölsch. Instead it’s a beer inspired by it, bringin out something new.
