| Per's comments: Served in stein with firm creamy head. Underneath the head I get glimpses of gold. Grassy nose with cellary notes. Very dry with light, crisp body. Lots of spicy hops provides marked bitterness. Despite being bone dry it does never become hard or metallic, thanks to the well organized malt.
