| Per's comments: Hazy golden, mid-sized airy head. Appley nose. Fairly sweet with medium body. Fruity and a bit grainy with notes of hay and orange. Much less aromatic and with less bling bling and shiny hop surface than most American IPAs. Instead it is in possession of depth and soul. This, minus the appley nose, would be something great. Finishes with increasing balanced bitterness. A timid, introvert IPA, made for those who look beyond the search for BIG flavours. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
