Per's comments: Almost black, rich creamy head. Tarry nose with fruity black currant. Sweet and very full bodied, soft with amounts of roasty malt coming across as tar and licorice. The sour cherries are subtle in comparison, making this a harmonious despite the somewhat crazy concept. Perhaps the overt sweetness disturbs a little bit in the finish. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
