| Per's comments: Hazy pale red/copper colour, pink head. Floral nose with notes of marzipan and unripe red currant. Drysih with slight lactic tartness. Interesting perfumy floral notes sway over a light body with mildly spritzy mouthfeel. Gently fruity and completely without bitterness. Just by looking at it it may be mistaken for one of those new wave Belgian super crappy super sweet fruit beers, but this beer is for real, with a unique character yet super refreshing. In short - this is Dieu du Ciel quality. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
