| Per's comments: Near blac, rich firm head. Dry and crisp, fairly light bodied lactic with roasty licoice and chocolate coming through the spitzy carbonation haze. Light tobacco and salty bitterness in the finish. The very heavy carbonation disguises the qualities of the beer. With champagnoise porters and flat saisons I feel I'm on a bad streak with the carbonation levels in my de Molens. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
