| Per's comments: Hazy deep golden, rich firm head. Aroma of grapefruit bublegum and sugared bananas. Really sweet with soft, spritzy mouthfeel. Biscuity malt, mashed banana, sone light bitterness. Quite interesting flavourwise, but I usually prefer my weizens drier as it gains drinkability with dryness. Perhaps it is not fair to rate a spring beer at -15C and blizzard conditions though... | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
