| Per's comments: Black, faint head. Lemony licorice aroma. Sweet and grainy. Aniseed, tar and light lemon, near full bodied. Peppery licorice, slick mouthfeel. Bourbon comes to dominate the finish, as the bitterness is lower than anticipated. Right now lemon is under control, but I don't think aging this beer is recommended. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
