| Per's comments: Clear deep golden at first pour, lots of sediment comes out when the bottle is stirred. No had. Tart sweaty lemon aroma. Dry with spritzy, rounded mouthfeel. Heavily acidic with just a touch of strawberry. Lots of lactic and lemon acids, Fresh and tasty, but not as complex as the best real lambics. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
