Per's comments: Cloudy golden, minimal head. Pungent elderflower aroma. The initial floral sweetness is immediately replaced by citric acidity. Tart, spritzy and fresh, strikingly sour. The lemony horseblanket is evident, yet elderflower comes to dominate. Ome of the most different Cantillons out there. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
