Bottled at Bishop's Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm (as Cuvée Freddy Bourgogne OA, 8%);.

Per's comments: Cloudy dark brown, minimal airy head. Vinous, buttery Rodenbach-like lactic nose. Tart and vinous with light spritzy mouthfeel and above medium body. Lactic and cherryish, dominated by welloaked red wine. Fresheningly sour, deepand comples with lots of tannine bitterness. Only slight roastiness remains from the Mano Negra. Feels like a deluxe Rodenbach Grand Cru with more concentrated flavours and a delicious addition of dry oaky red wine. Despite the rich flavuors it stays elegant. I really, really enjoyed this one!
