| Per's comments: Almost clear golden, faint head. Soapy lemony coriander aroma. Mid-sweet with clean mouthfeel and light body. Clean and hard, getting edgy with notes of metal and boiled vegetables. A filtered witbier with rock hard simplistic malt, sacrificing drinkability for...nothing. Aluminium like finish. The Icelandic summers need to be very hot (volcanic eruption, perhaps?) before I can picture myself enjoying this one... | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
