| Per's comments: Cloudy golden, airy headd. Distinct aroma of goosebeery and black currant. Soft and tart, vinous with tanninic bitterness. Lemony with lovely hops flavour. The most interesting of the series, but in all I preferred the subtleness of the saaz version where full complexity of the base lambic still prevailed. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
