| Per's comments: Clear pale golden, no head. Interesting aroma of goat cheese. Extremely sweet. Juicy and intensely flavourful. The sweetness balances the alcohol, whereas tropical fruits mixes with white pepper and goat cheese to make it surprisingly interesting for a Carlsberg beer. It's still too sweet, but this may actually come out terrifically well after some time on barrel. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
