Per's comments: Clear pale yellow, brief head. Grassy nose with slight grapefruit. Very dry and crisp with clean mouthfeel and plenty of CO2. Decidedly German in malt profile, going for that crisp, ultra-dry sparkling freshness these beers offer. The hops come across a tad more citric, and is actually on the lower end of the spectre. The bitterness is a bit too toned down for my preferences. I like what they are doing, but thay are not quite there yet. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
