| Per's comments: Cloudy pale orange, generous creamy head. Aroma of overripe banana and glue. Sweet malt, but with a lemony tartness. Medium bodied, but not really firm. Phenolic, where banana is dominant, but paper and glue lurks on a distance. Finishes with honey, lemon and vegetables. As far as commercial beers go this is a more than decent refresher, but it's not in the same league as the best Bavarian examples. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
