| Per's comments: The gooseberry aroma from the hops is quite diminished when served. Dry and rather elegant with medium body and almost crisp mouthfeel. Highly salty finish with growing bitterness. Getting more aromatic as it warms, bringing out more delights from the NZ hops. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
