| Per's comments: Lightly hazy golden, small head. Concentrated grassy nose. Dry and bready, fairly light body with crisp mouthfeel. Doughy malt gradually descends into grassy pleasant bitterness. Nice and refreshing. The unpasteurized version is even beter, but they have managed with the difficult art of making a pilsener seemless and flawless, yet with sufficient flavuor to be interesting. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
