Per's comments: Hazy copper colour, no head. The acidity of the base beer is covered by full bodied tanninic red wine. The beer itself feels massively full sized, the lightness and sourness from the regular Saint Bon-Chien 2009 seem to be replaced by meaty red wine. Very interesting and complex beer. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
