| Per's comments: Pale yellow, no head. Grainy and light. Dough and rice paper, fairly soft mouthfeel and a slight dash of hay. Slight bitterness. Surprisingly this is not thin, nor exceptionally bland and even seems to have a hint of saaz hops. I'm not sure if this has happened by mistake, but someone seems to have created one of the more drinkable commercial lagers in China. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
