| Per's comments: Hazy pale golden, majestic rocky head. Distinct aroma of lemon and starfruit. Mid dry with fairly light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Some hay lays underneath the lemon and starfruit. Marked but not too powerful bitterness. More focus on delightful hops tham on malt and mouthfeel it seems. Interestinag and tasty, but I would have guessed a golden ale rather than a pilsener, and would probably have enjoyed it even more if it would have been even drier and crisper. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
