| Per's comments: Black as night, rich firm beige head. Aroma of vanilla, cream and strawberries. Mid sweet with almost shockingly creamy mouthfeel. Feels so deceivingly mild that it's unimaginable that it's over 10%. A slow onvreeping flavour of vanilla, red berries, roastiness lies only as a backdrop. Light grainy bitterness. Very driankble and pleasant, an exciting new type of beer. After the first sense of awe I however come to realize that after the initial sensation there is not so much more to discover. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
