| Per's comments: Cloudy straw colour, rich lively head. Tar tnose with lemon, milk and apples.The malt sweetness is overrun by appley tartness. Light-medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Wheat malt is evident, as is the apple flavour. I really like the idea to combine a tart witbier with the local apples, which the area is known for, but the execution needs to be perfected. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
