Per's comments: Before pouring it strikes me that the design label makes it feel branded (=commerical) and I get negative vibes from it. It pours clear bright golden with rich, exceptionally firm head and slight sediment. The aroma holds grainy malt, honey and a twist of lemon. Faint citric hops leads onwards to a salty finish. Dryness, clean malt character and spritzyness lends it an elegance, but it somehow feels artificial - like a make-up. Somehow this is like Russian champagne. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
