Per's comments: Almost clear nut brown, no head. Heavy bourbon aroma. Sweet and caramelly. The strong bourbon flavours go well with the caramelly, and seems to dry it out a little - which is needed. Mild peppery finish with fatty notes. The bourbon barreling did really good to this. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
