Per's comments: Cloudy golden, firm head. Aroma of banana, chalk and tangerine. Medium bodied with spritzy mouthfeel. Dry, almost tart with focus on citric hops. The Weihenstephay yeast induced banana and cloves stay in the back seat to the hops. Finishes with signficant bitterness. A well made "hop weizen". | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
