| Per's comments: Cloudy straw coloiur, rich firm head. Mild lactic nose. Tart and vinousm. Honey with peppery alcohol and rather slim body. Ripe fruits and marzipan descend through white wine, but light lactic tartness covers it again in a warming white pepper finish. A good beer and a fun concept.
