| Per's comments: Clear amber, rich head. Slight lemony nose with plenty of butterscotch. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Tart butterscotch dominates. Low bitterness. Has the relaxed malt character that I really enjoyed in the first beers from Bruggsmidjan, but also signs of infection which is worrying. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
