| Per's comments: Hazy ruby, small creamy head. Fruity nose with salty mango-like hops. Near full bodied with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Light notes of butter underneath all the tropical fruit hops. A bit too much hops for the buckwheat flavour to come out. Massive salty bitterness. Nice flavours, but not in thr right proportions. Could be a winner with some tweaking. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
