| Per's comments: Clear brownish amber, rich firm head. Pear, grapefruit and bread in the nose. Mid dry with firm, rounded mouthfeel and solid body. Plenty of hops - gooseberry and pears. Some ginger snaps and white pepper in a mid bitter finish. Very well made and reltively laid back with good balance. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
