| Per's comments: Clear very pale yellow. Spicy, somewhat citric hawthorne aroma. Really cry and citric. Tart white wine lemon and bitter herbs. Hawthorne is evident -honey not so much. Very drinkable with eviden flavours, but perhaps not that much depth. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
