| Per's comments: Clear very pale yellow, slightly viscous. Floral peach aroma. Sweet with honey and sugar. Very floral with some white pepper and butter. Honey sweetness lingers in the finish. Even if this is the sweetest I've tried from Mjödhamnen it is much less intense and restrained than for instance the Polish meads. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
