| Per's comments: Near black, rich creamy head. Aroma of chocolate, raw licorice and black currant. Mid sweet with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Mildly tarry with spun sugar, relaxed and chocolaty. Hops seem fairly restrained compared to roasty malt. Mid bitter finsih. Really nice - probably the best debut beer from a new Swedish brewer since Närke Stormaktsporter! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
