| Per's comments: Very black, beige head. Heavily roasty with salty licorice and salmiak. Dry and near full bodied with soft mouthfeel. Salmiak takes over a warming finish with marked bitterness. Despite the heavy roastiness it is a hugely drinkable stout for its size. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
