| Per's comments: Cloudy pale amber, creamy head. Rich banana aroma Mid sweet with medium-full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Fruity where the hefeweizen character dominates. The Gotlandic berries (salmbär), which are very sweet and intensely flavourful in themselves, seem to have mostly contributed to feeding the yeast. Low bitterness. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
