| Per's comments: Cloudy deep golden mid sized head. Cidery pear aroma. Sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel, medium body with prickly carbonation. Fruity with some honey, notes of caramel and red apples. Low bitterness. Definitely not my type of weizen - this leans more towards modern Easteren European fruity Erdinger clones thanthe better, phenolic soft Bavarian ones. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
