Per's comments: Cloudy pale amber, rich head. Rich perfumy Sorachi Ace aroma with peach, yoghurt and elderflowers. Mid sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel, The awkward metallic sensation prevalent in most very hoppy low alcohol beers is kept under control. Just a whiff of rusty steel, the rest is all Sorachi Ace hops. Marked, somewhat resiny bitterness. Remarkably tasty for its size. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
