| Per's comments: Near black, small beige head. Distinct coffee aroma. Mid sweet with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Heavily roasty with espresso and molasses. Salty finish with some bitterness, but coffe dominates throughout. More intense than complex, but also quite harmonious. Decidedly one of the best efforts from this brewer. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
