Per's comments: Cloudy deep golden, minimal head. Powerful aroma of lychee, cocoa lemon yoghurt and gooseberry. Sweet woith clean mouthfeel and full body. All focus is on aromatic hops. The malt profile is the typical non-descript de Proef style. Some alcohol shines through in a finsh with honey and long bitterness. Pleasant hops, but pretty indistinguishable from the flood of hoppy beers brewed at de Proef.
