Per's comments: Pitch black like the Sudanese night with small beige head. Aroma of dusty Namibian dirt roads and licorice. Sweet with some molasses and full body. Caramel and oxidizing aluminium, something that reminds me of the carpets of a worn mid-Ghanaian hotel. Though hatched by a Dane this is a stout that captures my experience of Africa. And its pretty close to a Nigerian Guinness - even without the sorghum. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
