| Per's comments: Cloudy deep amber, small head. Funky sour nose with oak, old hay and chardonnay. Medium bodied with soft mouthfeel. Intense yet soft and relaxed, wood and sour cherries. Mild peppery heat in a vinous finish. A class act that blews me away with complex flavours and relaxed malt profile.
