Per's comments: Near black, minimal head. Rich black currant aroma. Mid dry with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Plenty of black currant and salty licorice. Really bitter finish. Almost manages to combine the depth of the more traditional Fyne beers with the modern style extrovert hops. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
