Per's comments: Hazy copper/nut brown. Aroma of marzipan and grass. Mid sweet and lightly fruity with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Solid with mild caramel, candy and hay. Mid bitter finish. The estensive use of hopa is what is really distinguishes this from a Belgian beer in this style. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
