| Per's comments: Cloudy mahogany colour, lively mildly gushing head. Caramelly nose with notes of vinegar and metal. Sweet with mediu-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and mulled wine and vanilla. Slight cranberry tartness, warming peppery finish. As it warms the vinegar in the nose turns more into red wine and vanilla.
