| Per's comments: Golden with particles creating serious haze, quickly dissipating head. Aroma of sweet Welsh country cider and chalk. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. The chalk and apples are toned down in the flavour, in favour of grass and salt. Mild finish with low bitterness.
