| Per's comments: Clear pale amber, rocky head. Mild smoky nose with some ripe fruit and caramel. Mid sweet with medium body and soft, yet firm mouthfeel. Mild smoke and minerals, velvetty spun sugar, notes of caramel and grass. Fairly low bitterness. Wonderful malt characte and a rich array of flavours. Awesome beer! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
