| Per's comments: Clear bright golden, mid sized head. Distinct grassy nose. Dry with medium body and soft mouthfeel. The typical grassy hops, more soft Franconian style maltiness than bone dry and crisp. Somewhat oily with faint notes of butter and paper, but mostly in a good way. Marked bitter finish.
